MEMBERSHIPS:

When you join Diameco, you get access to our fully insured collection and a set product value each month based on your tier. We ensure quality with maintenance and cleaning services, plus free shipping and returns!

Absolutely! You have the freedom to explore our collection and make selections to tailor your jewelry box each month.

We conduct a soft credit check to ensure the security of our inventory. This does not affect your credit score and helps us offer you access to our premium collection with confidence.

Your subscription begins once you've completed the signup process and had a successful credit check. It will automatically renew on the same day each subsequent month.

For Diameco deliveries, an adult (18+) signature is needed. After all, our treasures deserve the best care!

Returns are easy! At the end of your subscription, generate a shipping label in your portal, pack your pieces in the provided packaging, and return them to any FedEx location by the return date.

Yes, you can change your membership plan in Your Membership settings, as long as it was approved during your original credit check. The change will take effect on your next billing date.

Your monthly fee will be automatically billed to your saved card on the same day each month. You can view your plan and bill date on your member page. Your plan renews monthly unless you skip a month or cancel at least 5 days before your next bill.

Yes. At the end of each month, your pieces are due back so others can enjoy them - unless of course you fall in love and decide to purchase any pieces!

Yes, if you skip, downgrade, or cancel your membership, you must return your items within 2 business days. Otherwise, a fee will apply as stated in our policy.

To update your billing and shipping details, go to Membership Settings. Be sure to update your default shipping address before browsing or placing an order to ensure accurate delivery dates. All shipments will be sent to the default address on file. Packages from Diameco must be signed for.

You can cancel your membership anytime in Membership Settings, but be sure to do so at least 5 days before your next bill to avoid the upcoming charge. Monthly payments are nonrefundable. After cancellation, check your cancellation date in Settings and return all items within 48 hours to avoid late fees.

PURCHASING:

Of course! To make a purchase, simply go to your member page on the
Diameco site or app. Then, click on "Purchase" next to the item you wish to
buy. Each purchase frees up space for new items within your tier's product value. 

You can rest assured that all items undergo a thorough quality assurance process, including meticulous inspection, cleaning, and restoration each time they are prepared for delivery.

SKIP A MONTH:

You can skip a month anytime without canceling. Just select it at least 5 days before your next bill. Return your pieces within 48 hours to avoid late fees. A $25 fee will apply to maintain your account, but you won’t be charged for your tier.

You have 2 business days to drop off your package for return to avoid late fees in accordance with our policy.

The Diameco Vault

Only members of our Exclusive and Engaged plans can access the Diameco Vault Collection.

The collection is available at an extra one time cost on top of your monthly tier jewelry box.

You can choose a 3-day reservation window.

You will be charged a late fee in accordance with our policy. Returning your pieces late means someone else who was waiting for them will not get them.

Pack up your pieces in our supplied packaging and return to any FedEx location on or before your marked return date.

No. You cannot extend your reservation since there are other people who have reserved ahead of time and are waiting for the pieces.

SHIPPING

Free standard shipping each month is included in all membership plans. Typically, orders arrive within 1-3 business days, and your delivery window will be communicated during the checkout process. Overnight shipping is available at the cost of the customer.

RETURNS

To return an item, request a shipping label on your Member Page. Pack your rentals in the original box and return them by the rental end date to avoid late fees.
