We guarantee the quality of every piece with tailored maintenance and cleaning services. Plus, shipping, packaging, and returns are on us!

As a luxury jewelry rental service committed to providing an exceptional experience, we require a credit check to ensure the security of our valuable inventory. Your credit check helps us verify your financial stability and responsibility, allowing us to offer you access to our premium collection with confidence. This process safeguards both our assets and your interests, ensuring a seamless and worry-free rental experience for all of our clients.
The decision is entirely yours! Your free monthly shipments are accessible
starting from your monthly bill date, and you have the flexibility to use
them at any time throughout your billing cycle. It's important to note that
unused shipments do not carry over to the next cycle.
Your subscription begins once you've completed the signup process and had a successful credit check. It will automatically renew on the same day each subsequent month.
Yes please! We want to make sure that your shipment was received with no damage or missing items. When you have your shipment, we ask that you first do an inspection of your pieces. Then navigate to your current orders on your membership page to submit your inventory checklist.
We make the return process as convenient as we can for our clients. You can choose to hold onto items in your existing order for as long as you wish with your membership. This provides you with the flexibility to exchange some or all of your items when starting a new shipment. When you are ready to return, we will generate a shipping label for you. Pack up your pieces in our supplied packaging and return to any FedEx location no later than 5pm on the marked return date.
Absolutely! You can change your membership plan by selecting a new tier in Your Membership settings, as long as it was approved in your original credit check. Changes will start on your next billing date and continue from there. This allows you to customize your Diameco membership to align with your special moments.
Your monthly membership fee will be automatically billed to the card you
have on file on the same day every month. You can access your plan
details and bill date on your member page. Your plan will renew on a
monthly basis unless you choose to skip a month or cancel your
membership 5 days before your next bill date.
The decision is entirely yours! If you fall in love with an item, you can choose to keep it as long as you'd like, or you have the option to purchase your treasured piece. Keeping an item will take up space in your tier's product value amount until you decide to return it. Purchasing an item will free up space for you to choose more pieces to add to your jewelry box for your next monthly shipment.
Yes. If you skip a month, downgrade or cancel your membership, you
agree to return your items within 2 business days. After that, you will be
charged 5% of the Fair Market Value of the piece. After 7 days, you will
then be charged 10% of the Fair Market Value.
Make changes to your billing and shipping details by navigating to the
Membership Settings. It's crucial to update your default shipping address
before you start browsing or placing an order to ensure the most accurate
expected delivery date. All shipments will be directed to the default
shipping address on record.
You can cancel your membership anytime by accessing the Membership
settings. However, it's important to initiate the cancellation at least 5 days
before your upcoming bill date to avoid charges for the subsequent
monthly payment. Please be aware that monthly membership payments
are nonrefundable.
Once you've chosen to cancel, you can view your cancellation date in Your
Membership settings. To avoid late fees, make sure to return all held items
within 48 hours of your cancellation date.
PURCHASING:
Of course! To make a purchase, simply go to your member page on the
Diameco site or app. Then, click on "Purchase" next to the item you wish to
buy. Each purchase frees up space for new items within your tier's product value.
You can rest assured that all items undergo a thorough quality assurance process, including meticulous inspection, cleaning, and restoration each time they are prepared for delivery.
SKIP A MONTH:
After 3 months of your membership, the option to skip a month becomes available in your membership settings. Ensure you make this selection at least 5 days before your next bill date. You will not be charged for your tier, only a $25 fee will applied to maintain an active account status for the skipped month.
You have 2 business days to drop off your package for return to avoid late fees in accordance with our policy.
Yes. If your package isn’t returned within 2 business days of of your marked
return date, Diameco will charge your payment method on file a fee equivalent to
5% of the piece's Fair Market Value. If the item remains unreturned after 7 days,
a fee of 10% of the piece's Fair Market Value will be applied.

The collection is available at an extra cost on top of your monthly tier jewelry box
You can choose either a 3-day reservation window.
You will be charged a late fee in accordance with our policy. Returning your pieces late means someone else who was waiting for them will not get them.
Pack up your pieces in our supplied packaging and return to any FedEx location on or before your marked return date.
No. You cannot extend your reservation since there are other people who have reserved ahead of time and are waiting for the pieces.
You’ll hear from us! We will send you an email when we receive your order back at our facility.
SHIPPING
Free standard shipping each month is included in all membership plans. Typically, orders arrive within 1-3 business days, and your delivery window will be communicated during the checkout process.
RETURNS
When you're ready to return an item, request a shipping label on your
Member Page. Pack your rentals in the box from your original shipment,
ensuring proper packaging by referring to additional information here.
Please return your items on or before your rental end date to avoid late
fees in accordance with our policy.
